ONLINE RETURNS:

To start a return, please email us at YogajaShop@gmail.com.  YOUR RETURN MUST BE SHIPPED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM. You are responsible for shipping costs. Please forward us your tracking information. Once we receive your item, we will process immediately. It can take a few days for the credit to shop up on your credit card.  

IN-SHOP RETURNS:

• FULL REFUND - Return within 10 days of purchase in new condition. 
• STORE CREDIT - Receive a store credit for items returned within 11-21 days.       
• ITEMS ON SALE - Sale items are FINAL SALE.
• HOLIDAY - Purchases between 11/21/21-12/24/21 may be returned for a store credit until 1/8/22
